Pastor Joseph Valcarcel ministers as the Worship Pastor at the Rock Church and World Outreach Center where has been on staff for 17 years. Pastor Joseph is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa Oklahoma, and a graduate of the International School of Ministry. In 2017, he graduated from the Faculty of Theology in Azusa California with a Bachelor in Christian Ministry. He is happily married to his wife Marnie of 11 years, who he met in the Young Adults ministry at the Rock Church, and has two children he adores; Judah and Madeline.
