Pastor Paul Ogando

I was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, a Spanish-speaking country in the Caribbean. I went to church with my mom as a child, but it was not until I was a teen that I made a personal decision for God. From that moment on, I have served and loved the church.

In the year 2000, I moved to the US to take the position as a Youth Pastor in my father-in-law’s church in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I met my wife Tracie. We have 3 kids together. He was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, a Spanish-speaking country in the Caribbean, where he studied at the University of Santo Domingo (UASD) to become a Dentist, subsequently practicing dentistry for about 3 years.

I moved to San Bernardino in 2004 when I accepted a position at the International School of Ministry (ISOM, of Good Shepherd Ministries International) this move led us to The Rock. We got plugged in with the music ministry, where I play bass and my wife sings, and not long afterward, there came the need for a Spanish service. We jumped on board. Our first service took place on June 25th, 2006, and I came on staff as pastor in October 2007.
